1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Scalenta website (scalenta.ai) and our demonstration tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Scalenta provides custom AI workflow automation, telephony voice agents, WhatsApp API synchronization, and CRM integration consulting.

The live voice demo ("/voice-demo") provided on our website is for evaluation and technology demonstration purposes only. You agree not to exploit the demonstration backend, flood the API endpoints, or input any sensitive personal, medical, or financial information during the demo call.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all custom prompt architectures, chatbot models, visual user interface components, and site code are the proprietary intellectual property of Scalenta and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Representations

By submitting lead forms, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration info you submit is truthful, accurate, and current.
• Your use of our automation templates does not violate any local telecommunication spam regulations (such as PECR in the UK or TCPA in the US).
• You will not submit automated bot queries or script injections through our lead ingestion API.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scalenta, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from database sync latency, API downtime, telecommunication carrier blocks, or errors in Generative LLM responses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
